Hi, thanks for your previous posts. I want to connect a 12v trigger from my AV processor. I assume the positive 12v (from the AV trigger cable) gets attached to pin 18 and the ground to pin 2 (on P102)? Of course I will also need to jumper pin 3 and 6 on P101 Thanks in advance.3 and 6 are ok.
Stby permanently on,yes.
The most useful apart for the ones that show the state of the module (clip, temp warnings, etc) are stand by,trigger, wake up on signal, etc.I have built an output stage with three channels, front and center. However, I don't know which facilities Ice Power offers that I should use. Right now I have only used 15v for the fan control.
Have a read at the PDF,it's very detailed.
You can even add volt and amp meters if you like this kind of looks,it's all on board.
I see some people don't use the provided connectors. How do you connect the cables to the connectors?
That was just temporary,I just used some that I tested and it would fit, probably from an old harness.Just dressed them with heat shrink.I see some people don't use the provided connectors. How do you connect the cables to the connectors?View attachment 1128878
I have connected my 1200as2 to an Apple AirPort Express, and it is as if the AirPort keeps the amp on. When not connected, the amp go into standby correct, so the control wiring should be correct. I can’t measure any mV when not playing, but maybe the Airport periodically has some output and this keeps resetting the SignalSense timer. Any ideas?
