Mouser sells MKP1, 4 and 10. Can anyone tell me which would be best as coupling caps in a Dynaco pAS3?

For signal coupling MKP10 is best but the size is big. For power supply decoupling MKS4 is more popular than MKP1,4.
Mouser also sells WIMA FKP1 Foil/Film caps. They are just a little bigger than the MKP10 series caps and better as they are foil and not metalized like the MKP series. WIMA's are in general smaller than other brands of comperable capacitors.
I've checked Mouser and they don't have the appropriate values in FKP. In MKP they are all listed as 'AC Pulse, Suppresion" that doesn't sound right for aC coupling does it?
FKP does not bring any advantage for coupling caps. They have advantages in high current, high ripple application. MKP will work fine for this.
They just highlight their properties for SMPS etc. Of course they can couple well when they can store and release high energy with fast and cool action in demanding pulse applications. In industrial capacitors the things they prioritize are different than in boutique audio caps. Form factor, value density, durability, dimensional and spec stability, self healing, all that VS cost. Its their high volume production and professional applications they keep them sanely priced, not the R&D and production facilities behind them ain't top notch. To the contrary. Just not specialized for audio.
Isn't the difference between FKP and MKP that the former is film and foil, and the latter is metallized film?
Exactly. Both will work equally well as coupling caps, but the MKP will be smaller and less expensive, as well as available in a wider range of values. For switching supply bypass and crossovers, the FKP may show some advantages.
Sorry, but I have to disagree here! The old SIEMENS B32650 series of MKP capacitors are considerably (!) smaller than WIMA MKP10's of the same value and voltage rating.
However, I don't know if they're still available...

There is EPCOS B32651-6 in same form factor and VISHAY types. Although WIMA MKP4 should be the equivalent since MKP10 is a double side metallized beefed up model.
F for Film/Foil, M for Metallised, and KP for Kunststoff (aka plastic) Polypropylene.
Similar rational build-up for the series code numbers.
(nature of the beast, just saying what it is, instead of coming up with some voodoo name that sounds impressive)
And then some others do, also the land of enough niche small brands besides the famous industrial.
Audyn true copper are very good sounding caps. I prefer them above Audio Note copper in oil caps.
Another great sounding and not so expensive capacitor is Mundorf EVO silver gold oil:
