In 1991:
Punch 30 $179
Punch 45HD $275
Punch 75HD $399
Punch 150HD $515
Power 300 $999
Power 650 $1575
Power 1000 $2650
To the best of my recollection, those prices were about the same as the previous models as far back as '87.
I do remember being astounded at the price of the 75 the first time I pulled one of the shelf to install.

You know I wondered if I was thinking of a 45 instead of a 75. All those LP/RF/SS amps were just plain %#@^ expensive back then! Jobs I had then were under $200 take home/wk and I could get a good beater car for 200....went through a lot of those lol.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
Are those MMATS amps good? I see one just sold broken for 50 or so, a 2x75. I didn't know they had T03 outputs. Of course I just read a big thing saying T03 suck, lol.😉
Just wait, it will sell for slightly more than $40. They look very nicely made and from the information and specs they use to advertise, their amps have to be quality.
Wow a working D100 II SS for $56 shipped? That looked like a deal but I missed it, and really don't need one....but a deal according to past prices. 190284216819

A nice, Zed-made early Rodek. Auction says '92, but this heatsink style was in production in '89.
Equivalent performance to other Zed's like Autotek, Hifonics, etc and a nice-looking amp to boot.
I'd love to have it, but a hiatus from buying prevents.

Forgot to say thanks for the BUI pic Tim. Neat ad from the past. Thanks... Also, got in the other US Amps. This one also has the "K" in the heatsink. Serial #226. Now I have serial #6 (large one) and #226 (small one) . The way these boards were built is completely different than the way they are built today.

Can anyone fix a broken treble knob on a Rockford Fosgate Punch 150 amp?
It's the old one not the HD series

There are 2 punch 150's previous to the HD. There is one that has the same heatsink as the HD, then there is one earlier than that which has the black case with white lettering. Does it look like the amps on top, or the amps on bottom? Also, do you know the value of the knob? 5k, 45k, or 50k . It will show the value on the back or the side of the knob. See pic...

It's the one on the bottom left with the skinny fins and it has the wire harness sticking out. I haven't opened it yet to see what the resistance it is. But i will check it out. Is it repaireable???????? please tell me cause thats the coolest amp i have!
If i'm not sure may i post up a picture?
Thanks
Just look on the back of the knob. No need for a pic. Let me know which number it is and I will start digging.

I've got that one brand new in the box. 🙂 I wonder how much his will sell for?
Too much for me I bet. Funny how that same size ppi has a few more parts in it🙂 I figured you were around here someplace, I just bought a pile of other amps so no fun for me. How about a beater Magtone 😕 28031377512
My sansui works fine, but I'm not going to call it the same as other old school 2x75 I have or had. I have to get my 3555 alpine going I'm way too slow on this.
If I ever get my power test bench setup I will see what rms they do.
Oh no you better grab this one mr. ppi... 220365372446 😀

Ok, I sent him a message. Lets see if he changes the description

I ran that sansui 1500 on a 10 and finally it got strange, the ouputs were falling off the board, but I never ran it in the car after I fixed it. But I put my rubicon 302 in there on a 12 and man did that get loud, way louder. I think it would have blown that 10 easy...think it was a jensen 10 actually, lol.

It reads: "A 5K" and a another "A" on the bottom.
