No not wrong, but we need to know how you got this number. The DC resistance for 4 Ohm nominal speaker is about 3-3.5 Ohm and for 8 Ohm nominal it's about 6-7 Ohms. But impendance (resistance of AC, varies by frequency) can dip way lower, depends on what kind of a crossover it has and what sort of an element. Low impedance, like 3 Ohms or less, is difficult load for amplifiers and may spell trouble. These chipamps may play down to 2 Ohms, but not very loud. 4 Ohm nominal is usually OK for small to medium rooms if the speaker doesn't have very low dips in impedance. If you know that you need to be able to drive low impedance speakers, your best bet is in the more expense models, such as Hypex and Purifi.
