what value is this oscillator?

Hi all , trying to upgrade my audio interface and up to the oscillator. but what value is this oscillator?

It's not an oscillator, it's a quartz crystal with its two loading capacitors.

Look at the IC on top of the picture, get its datasheet, it should have info about what it does.

A reasonably high-bandwidth 'scope might be able to answer the question. My guess is
that "120" means "12.0MHz", but then again it might mean something else.

If the OP would have mentioned brand/type of the audio interface and/or mentioning the chip to which the crystal is connected OP would have found the answer to his own question.
