Yes I corrected myself in subsequent pics. As you can see I have pin number 1 going to pin number 11 and pin number 3 going to pin number 12.Edit: wrong pins! Your device has the TQFN package.
Well I routed in to out directly on both 1 and 2 in/out, but the issue persists. It seems it's not this chip at fault. But as I said, headphone out works perfectly. The RCA out also works, but it's like -30 or even more dB below 1VRMS or whatever it's supposed to be.. maybe the last op-amp is burnt. I'm not an expert at this so my guesses are limited. If in your case SGM3710 is indeed damaged,
Yes. But I no longer suspect that chip. Circumventing the chip didn't work. On top of that, why would I have -30 or -40 dB in the first place? Something ain't right, but I can't figure out what. Would the headphone amplifier have separate op-amps from the line out op-amps? If so, then line out final stage might be burnt, because I might have accidentally applied high voltage to it, I'm not sure to be honest, but my experimental amp was connected and it's all over the place tbh, it's a work in progress so I'm using it to test various transistors and arrangements. Is the IC still there?

Could anyone help me understand what is going on here? Are these four op-amps going both to line out and headphone out?
Again, my headphone out works perfectly at both gain settings.
