What kind of Tweeters that match paper woofers?

Don't laff, but sometimes a thrift shop might have a pair of beater boxes from the 70s with cheap Japanese or even Peerless 2-3" paper cone tweeters - they were often implemented with paper full-range "woofers" with minimalist 1st order XO at 6K or higher.

system7 - as great value as some of the Monacor drivers might be, if I'm not mistaken, they're not easily available in CONA, and international shipping can easily double or triple the landed cost of low priced components, but there are a few in this category to chose from folks like Parts Express

Goldwood GT-25 3" Cone Tweeter
T-25 2-1/2" Paper Cone Tweeter 8 Ohm

Now that's what am talking about 🙂 . The wife doesn't understand why I go to the thrift stores but now you all know why? Parts😀 Jeff

Usually with an 8" PA speaker you cross it at 2.5kHz with a bass filter of 2mH series and 10uF shunt.

Then just blend it in with a a 2.5kHz crossover second-order tweeter filter. 3.3uF and 0.3mH usually does it. Plus attenuation. Not rocket science.

Random image of Jeff Parham's 2Pi below. 10" Eminence bass as it goes. I feel a bit naughty posting it. 😱

Not naughty at all. It gives insightful understanding into ones own design. Every little bit helps me out? Jeff

I found out what drivers they are? I feel kinda silly and ashamed. They are the Visaton B200 fullrange drivers. A German company name but made in Taiwan. I think ( Tang Band makes the drivers)? But who knows? Same magnet style and glue color around magnet but again that's a guess? So there's the drivers. I hope this helps? Jeff

Jeff, I don't like to leave you floundering with something that is quite difficult if you are new to this.

Have a look at Troels Gravesen's Classic 3 way:
SEAS-3-Way-Classic

Now bear in mind you are trying to get this sort of (below) frequency response.

Shouldn't be too hard. 🙂

Mr Jeff, that cone is kinda specialized for use in an " exotic " cabnet like a large horn so it a bit unusual. However if you want to use it more conventinaly in a standard cabinet u can but it will not be a high sensativity design this way. The level region of it freq response rides along at about 88 db. It then starts rising up t around 700hz to a first nice round peak at about 1500 hz. I would shoot for a crossover to a tweeter between 1500 and 2000 hz to get the easyest and nicest reponse to a simple crossover filter on about 2nd order. Just a coil and a cap. Sooo I wouldnt get too caught up in wich tweeter matches the "paper" just make sure u get a tweeter that can be crossed over as low as about 2000 hz and u should have what you need. It could be crossed over higher but the easyest filters and likley best response will be around 2000 hz. Also u will need a large cabnet to get this cone to do any bass. Minimum of about 2 cubic feet better at about 3-4. Huge.

Seems cone tweeters come in two flavours: Dirt cheap and really rather quite expensive.

Most fall into the former category while french manufacturer Davis Acoustics covers the latter. Theirs come in 3 flavours: Carbon, graphite and kevlar. From what I understand each is mixed with cellulose. They cost around €160 ea ie more than the woofers you've got! I'd still be tempted if I had a couple of those Visatons for the same reason I'm tempted to build copies of IMFs using Tang Band oval drivers just to see if and how the use of modern drivers may improve older designs.

Incidentally Davis also make an equivalent to the B200 but with AlNiCo magnets which conspires to bump the retail price to an eye watering €1100!!!
