Discopete - kudos awaits you if you can tell us the correct formula for force, as expressed in Newton's second law of motion.
Remember the post I deleted?
Could it be the one where he jumps out of the way of the second one falling?
Btw, you have not commented on my alternate model of the Universe.

Yes, mathematics is the language of science.
Mathematics is a primitive formal deductive system, supporting primitive concepts, defined by primitive conventions, has a primitive language composed of primitive symbols and syntax rules and its operational limit is demarcated by primitive logic. The language of science is constructed from such miserably poor elements. Mathematics is the epitome of simplicity and generality. And thinking can only occur within a language.
Poor science.
Thanks for that. Crystal clear.
You've already been given the horn!Btw, you have not commented on my alternate model of the Universe.

Actually, you've got that right. That bike took 2nd place in the level 2 custom chopper category at the International Motorcycle Show in Toronto this past January. It belongs to me, however she is taken.🙂On yer bike laddie!
Mathematics is an extremely vast discipline that dwarfs a human lifespan. It is the tool of preference for science as it offers precision and objectivity.
Here's a pdf on the importance of mathematics in the development of science and technology.

It's a useful reference to have when trying to evaluate claims such as "Mathematics is the epitome of simplicity and generality".

That's as good a model as any, no?And I'm completely useless at it.
Coincidentally, the title track of my next album is "Cosmic Coincidence", due for release beginning of april.
Cheers guys!
(The bright bubbles are galaxies in the dark matter) 😀
Some say the Universe is flat - as will that beer end up if not drunk immediately!
No worries! I saved the universe by finishing that one and getting another, still got about 12 liters left.

What are you trying to prove?
F=ma
Nothing new here, but there are some advanced relationships under the surface - originating from Robert Hooke. I am inclined to think so anyway. Robert Hooke obviously did not have the vanity of Newton, but I find it very strange that no portrait of him exists. He was a member of Royal Society after all.
Instead of the term velocity, acceleration is used that Newton almost certainly picked up somewhere. Again, his genius lay in the art of borrowing without authorization. This moral principle paved the way for his oppressive fame.
I don't need to prove anything - you are doing a pretty good job on your own! 😉What are you trying to prove?

You originally said F=mv, so you obviously think that acceleration is the same as velocity! 😱
Newton must be spinning in his grave (and probably calculating his angular acceleration)!
