I enjoyed watching sports last night. Real sports, not something where Botswana versus Lichtenstein has any significance. Orioles vs Yankees, a 10 inning thriller. When the runner went by the second baseman, he didn't fall down faking agony, imagine that.
It is too sophisticated a sport for Europeans to understand. And too difficult for them to master. I can think of great players from Japan, China, Korea, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Mexico, Venezuela, and Canada. None from Holland.
In this particular game, the opposing pitchers were Gonzalez (Mexico) and Kuroda (Japan). Clearly provincial. 😀

Not pay him enough...you need to get more spectators to pay to watch the competition leading up to the championship match than any other table game played in the world. (See post #628 this thread)
