Part numbers are 700x4140(x=7 or 8 for both polarities) which I think is 140V 4A.But dont know about the power rating for these TO-3s.
The CS 400 & 800 used Mj15024 &15025. I recently tried contacting Peavey for some info. They'll be happy to take your phone order during their 9-5 bankers hours. Forget anything else.
back when i had a pile of them, i used MJ15022 and 23 transistors for "general replacement" output devices on guitar and PA amps. the 15024 and 25 have better max ratings than the 22's and 23's, so if i had my 'druthers, i would use them, but don't use one to just replace one transistor of the output set, replace the whole set. you will need to readjust the bias, but otherwise, they should work fine, maybe even better than the originals.
7 is PNP, 8 is NPN.
Here's the whole cross reference. Don't substitute without this list.
