Frank & Bob, there is an aussie magazine (every 3 months) called Audio Technology, that is particularly well written, and contains a wealth of information including reviews, and tutorials (mic techniques, mixing techniques, etc), and interviews with audio production identities.
Good reading if you can get it.

"Zimmermann" is a handcrafter like carpenter. We have "Zimmerleute" whats plural of the singular "Zimmermann" and "Tischler" whereas "Tischler" is building tables, chairs, and stuff into hauses, the "Zimmermann" builds wooden houses, roofs, wooden bridges ... stuff outdoors.

Also Zimmermann is a common name in germany like Smith or Miller / Schmidt and Müller
