I did, but colors were missing. ...I think my TV is going; I need a new one with a refresh mode, to restore the colors.

Kidding right, I thought the colorizing waned with Ted Turners ego. My goodness imagine Larry Ellison getting hold of the rights on the classics, he would probably re-edit them to his taste and order the originals be destroyed.

Considering the plot lines of comic book super hero movies that are guilty pleasures for some of us 😉 , that's not as silly as it sounds.
I especially liked the POTUS - but can't quite figure who the character is based on 😀

Off curse I'm kidding Scott; life's way too short to not use efficiently our good sense of humor.
Us, the human race, we're just too serious about not serious things.
And we're too funny about real serious stuff. ...Movies are good for distraction.
...So is music.
I'm curious; did anyone saw this yet @ IMAX in 3D? ---> Transformers 4 Trailer Official - Transformers Age of Extinction - YouTube

I've yet to see that one; not enough time to see everything worth seeing, I guess ...
- Based on someone's real vision of the future, but in a realistic way today?

One of the early colorizations had one fellow's mustache about 10 frames behind.
In my opinion, it's nice to have both colorized and BW flavors --what I feel is inappropriate and debased are de-saturated color films used to mimic BW -- it just doesn't work.

I'm a big B&W fan. ...Photographs, and moving pictures.
I love colors; in real life, like flowers, butterflies, birds, women in colorful dresses, panties, cars, lipsticks, etc.

* In 3D it is awesome! ...And this is great animation if you like creative/artistic stuff done with passion, and humor.

You know, I wasn't expecting much, but that movie actually had some really clever twists in it and was actually really hilarious at times, like when they 'Aryanized' the actor of African descent so he had blonde eyebrows and all and looked like well err...... like a Nazi from Sierra Leone or something like that hahaha.
At the end I noticed it was all Finnish names, a Finnish movie? That explains why it was so refreshingly 'different'.
and when de-Aryanized he became, how to say this politely, even more Afro than before - which of course the little blonde Nazi school marm simply couldn't resist, 'cuase, you know ...
speaking of dark & grainy, noisy & blurry, too complicated for its own good, and yet somehow still a fun ride (Zack Synder strikes again) , "Man of Steel"
very interesting take on the psychology behind the sociopath / patriot Zod - you can justify anything in the name of "my people"

...Looking to watch 'The Interview', soon to a theater near you (this Fall): The Interview - Official Teaser Trailer - In Theaters This Fall - YouTube
Watched De Palma's 'Passion' after Maniac, and it was a little overdone and badly acted. I guess this is the kind of criticism De Palma has been having for his bad movies.
Additionally, this is a remake of a French movie, which I didn't know beforehand. So, all in all, try to watch the original.

I've seen Let The Right One In, I really liked it.
I'll check out the other two, thanks !!
I'm Nordic by the way but have been living in Asia for a long time.
I recommend this one for suspense / thriller. I rarely feel suspense in movies which are supposed to be suspenseful but this one did the trick.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

The Hunt is masterful, really.
Worth seeing the first Jagarna before the second one?
Thanks for the recommendation, will try and find it on Nordic Netflix.
