Sitting here sipping my home-brew cold-brew coffee as I wait to get my tires rotated. (And no, I only wish that was a euphemism for something more fun.)
My son’s breakfast restaurant includes a strip of local maple cured bacon in their Caesar - no vodka in this particlaur case.
I've had one of these here in Perth, not my cup of tea.
Had to look up Caesar... Then scrolled back to look at the pix. Nice looking bacon.
Bloody Mary with clam juice.😀

Well, keeping in mind The Village is an "all day" (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM) breakfast restaurant, depending on whether or not you require / entrust on the restorative powers of the "hair of the dog", those Caesers can be ordered with or without the local artisan Vodka ( Sherringham Point in this case), and yes the same thick sliced maple cured bacon goes really nicely in an eggs benny with their hand made latkes.
Personally, I rather like the refreshing relative lightness of the Pimm's Cuke Gin & Tonic in the early afternoon - but don't be deceived by its smoothness. 😉
Ah yes, you non-canucks are not so familiar with Caesars. Invented here in Calgary. I've had many a great steak and wine at Caesars, the restaurant where it was invented, but never a Caesar.
Nothing special to drink tonight, just my staple Superstore decaf with Costco irish cream.
