I'm pleased to see this being discussed... having considered for a long time the Ricard Pastis mixed with soda water is the ultimate audiophile beverage... it provides a well defined bass, clear mids and adds a certain fluidity to the highs...😉

Just made an Americano espresso while my wife makes dinner (which is a treat, because I do most of the cooking)
Harpoon Chocolate Stout. Quite a departure for me but very tasty. I am more of a biter hops IPA kinda guy.
Dogfish? Acctually, it was the wekend where I had my opportunity! Exppresso and Bailey's original... And a few Citron Martinis!!! While snowed in... With PWR at least. Had none for 3 day's during Sandy!

The trick is to "mix" it with others like hopping hare, bishops finger and spitfire one after the other works well..then the Goblin is in the same state...😀

My wife's sister got married to an English lad living in Devon, England, so we went for a visit. What a beautiful green and serene place it is. Well, it seems the guy's on that side of the pond do things different from us here in South Africa. They drink their whiskey clean without ice. Very difficult for me, I need ice to cool it. I took with two bottles of 80 % straw-rum. The guy's persisted to take it neat like whiskey without Coke and ice for a mix. Needless to say, I saw some some very ill people the next morning. It is a great drink, tastes like rum and raisin ice cream, not for children !
