I have a pair of 4 ohm Wavecor 8”( http://wavecor.com/WF223BD01_02_specifications.pdf) and wondered what would be a good choice of a dome tweeter to go with in a 21-26L sealed box? Is there anyone that would be willing to help with a crossover design that will get me in the ballpark, I will happily compensate. I don’t as of yet have measuring tools but plan on purchasing soon.
Looking at the wobbly curves above 1KHz, I'd say that driver is better suited to a 3 way, or a WAW design. A wide range driver would be easiest, say Vifa TG9 or Dayton PS95.

And yes- they sound great!

Yes, those look nice. Wish my woofers were 8 ohm.https://diy.midwestaudio.club/discussion/1491/wavecor-wf223-scan-9900-good/p1

You could try the halving and doubling of parts values for a different load as long as the frequencies responses are similar. You may have to unpad the tweeter a smidge if the 4 ohm is more sensitive though.
It's not impossible,

I made an educated guess. This was not modeled, and further tweaking could be in order. If the midrange is a bit shouty, step up to a 2.5mH.
I attached it here for a preliminary network based on Dan's posted work over at MAC.
The inductance is less on the 4 ohm, so more tilt will be required, so I increased the L1 to higher than half the initial value, as well as not halving the tweeter resistor for this reason. Nothing saying you couldn't give it a shot and adjust/tweak as necessary. Again- this is an educated guess, and no harm or ill-intent is meant, however, it may not be optimal.
Couldn't hurt to try it....

Wolf, thanks, I will give this a shot. Much better than me blindly halving and doubling those values. Also good to know on leaving the other L pad resistor as is.
If it's a little murky in the mids, dcibel matched the transfer function over on MAC with another possibility.
