When I browsed the web I found a bipolar class A opamp design by Walt Jung the old opamp guru, has anybody tried this discrete opamp audio buffer I will search the schematics and post it when I found it.

The design is made up from very few parts and looks very good with low distorsion and so on.

Buffer

Yes I noticed that but I will see any class A designs that is good for high end audio I have tried it in multisim and it works.😉

I think that the most good preamps buffers is jfet designs do you have any idéa of a bipolar simple high end line preamp and buffer
designs BTW I will buy a power supply pcb of your design.🙂

Erno amps

Yes too much parts I think it should be very few parts in a high end preamp.

Like the JC-2 clone wich I have run for almost 15 years it is very good but it must be some better designs now.

I also like the low output impedance possibilities.😎

I don't think that he's old, but maybe your reference
point is different. But he definitely could be considered
an op-amp guru.

You bet

Hi,

Should I ask who... the second old guru in the analog design no no he has enough,
I just asked the amateurs in the audio world to take challenge in the analog audio discrete op amp design contest. :Olympic
