Please can someone tell me..is this voltage too much for output stage if i use 6v6gt mullard, black one, becouse i heard that china 6p6p must work on high voltage to sound good, than you.

it is 360volt on centar tape on output transformer and output stage is in ultra linear and cathode resistor is 340ohm

360 V at the center tap, but how much at the anode and how much at the cathode ?
The difference between these two voltages is the actual anode voltage.
Presumably at little over 300 V, which is not excessive.
The most important thing is to take care that the power dissipation is in the allowable limits, about 12...13 W / tube.
These things you must ensure by measurements.
