It just arrived and I noticed a power input labeled "DC 8-20" circled in black sharpie. Does that mean I can supply this unit with the same regulated 15 volts the pre amp I am integrating it with already used? I see what looks like a regulator in there. Thank you!

This is excellent! I was hoping one could do something of the sort. However, the instantaneous current draw would increase to about 2.5 amps when driving relays, yes?
Something like a supercapacitor could hold up the supply while not drawing too much current if done properly.

I’ve followed your various links to eBay and Etsy and seen various listings with what looks like a traditional liquid crystal display?…however, no examples shown with it lit up and working.
To be honest, the LED matrix seems like it would be better looking.
I haven’t found a listing on eBay or Etsy that offers an XLR/balanced version with the LED matrix.
Are all the kits limited to selecting from 4 inputs?(Iron Pre kits have 5 inputs).
Does the LED matrix indicate source selection when using that function?
Are you selling strictly through eBay and Etsy (pricing seems better on Etsy?)
