Yeah weird one. Tried to get it export only up to 90deg but couldn't. Always exports up to 180. Never seen it before either.

Have you tried uninstall and then reinstall? I've seen kimmosto advices to remove some folder for weird problems, but not remember what it was so I'm not gonna advice on removing anything. At least not before you have backups of you projects :) Try asking in the support thread

Simulating diffraction beyond 90 degrees may prove to be less accurate and more of a challenge to get right so I would understand the choice to call the limit in the program. There is always the preferred option to measure.
Edit: do you have "negative angles" checked (in the diffraction tool?) Uncheck it.
This appears to be either side of the 0 degree axis for when you measure out in one direction and the other is symmetrical.
