However I've got a problem with a dimension. I can't figure them out (Arrows). And second is a design I made so far.

Displacement and motor force are quite poor on these woofers. In the US, a 30$ MCM 55-2421 and the $60 Infinity Reference 1262W are pretty strong value leaders in their respective price ranges, both having great excursion and motor force. Their 24mm and 34mm high voice coils will make a big difference over these Visaton offerings. I would see if you could find something like these where you live.
