Trademark octaganol basket. Probably a high Q, full range driver with whizzer cone which is suitable for open baffle mounting.
Please confirm the diameter. Can you post a front view?
Looks similar to the ceramic magnet models shown in this link: http://sportsbil.com/stereo/rectilinear-db/philips_mids.pdf

Philips made so many models of speaker similar to this and I have been unable to identify your version.
I think it would do well in a 1 cubic foot (30 L) enclosure fitted with a Variovent (or a less expensive homemade copy of one).
Scanspeak 290001 Aperiodic Vent (SSV)
Scanspeak Variovent 290001 - Willys-Hifi Ltd

Certain octagonal Philips 7" full range drivers were specified for a 7 litre sealed enclosure (e.g. AD 7062/M) while others were specified for a 25 litre sealed enclosure (e.g. AD 7063/M).
You can research your loudspeaker by wading through the Philips databooks on this site:
Philips Loudspeaker Databooks
Databooks for 1969, 1978, 1981 and 1990 are supplied.
Have fun!

All you can look for are clues, which is what I did.what should i look for
According to the data sheets, two versions of the 7" full range drivers were made.
One version had the parameters to suit a 7 litre sealed cabinet while the other version suited a 25 litre sealed cabinet.
You can do an experimental comparison simply by using cardboard boxes.
Such a temporary lash-up should be sufficient to reveal which volume of sealed cabinet is optimum for your driver - be it 7L, 25L or whatever!
Maybe not identical, but certainly similar!found nothing similar to it
Looking again at the data sheets, the 7 litre version had a rubber surround so we can count that version out.
The 25 litre version had a fabric surround so has the closest similarity to your corrugated paper surround speaker.
That's as much as I can help - experiment with a 25 litre cardboard box and see how it goes.
You are rather late with that information, but it provides no further clues.they are bought around 2000-2001
purchase date vs production date, when you bought them matters little compared to when they where made.
what this driver out of ?
even looking for 2415 264 48001 like a Philips catalogue number doesn't yield an identity which makes me think that's it OEM for a different brand, possibly an organ or perhaps commercial paging product.
