"What tubes this factory already made?"
"Why bring up such an old post?"
This thread got mentioned in the more recently revived "EI Yugoslavia gone forever" thread.
Looks like the tube factory made 9 pin and octal tubes from the write-up. Although the tubes shown in the pictures look more like the bigger Compactrons. Sure would be nice to run off 5000 6LX6s!

Looking at the PDF I still can't figure something out. How did they seal the stems from below after evacuation with the pins in the way?

"geezertron". Wow - I wish I'd thought of that. Jealous! 😀
6LX6
These are equivalents to the 6LF6's that Julius Futterman used in his OTL amps, right? Are there any plate curves available for them?
Pity that Compactron sockets aren't common, thus hard to find, here in Europe. I like the short, but fat approach of tubes, such as Duodecar ones and like the European EL503, which has become very scarce and expensive these days.
Best regards!

6LX6 is similar to the 6LF6 (data below), but not quite the same. (26LX6 data below, 26HU5 and 6KD6 are same data too) The 6LX6 supply got burned off by illegal high power CB radio rigs and Ham radio Linear Amps I think.
6LW6 is even bigger and somewhat available 26/36.... (M2057 is equivalent for data curves below)

Would be interesting to see how the bottom vacuum seals were done on the compactrons (or octals for that matter). I do see a lot of bluish pins on the compactrons.
