now after replacing 494. it still go to protect . and now there is a short . coz my bench powersupply drop its voltage from 12v to 8v when amp is power on (idle)
Did you test the PS FETs to see how many failed?
The 530 isn't a good permanent sub. If you don't have at least 2 good IRFZ30s, you can use them for testing.

I did what u said put 2 fets . Still draw current and feta gettng hot
I re moved the 2 rectifier . Current draw is less but fets still hot.
After a min it will go on protect so 494 is good?
Iddnt put audio and speakers.
Is audio trans make damage? Short
Later il remove all audio transistors
Are all of the gate resistors within tolerance?
