my v12 car amp on protect mode
but when it warms up a few mins.
i turn it off and on it will.work good
i removed input and output wires just to check shorts
no good still.in protect mode
found out that i need to turn it on let it sit for few mins on protect mode
after that i turn it off then on it will.work fine.
but if its not used for.hours/days when i power it on stil on protect mode
i just do warm it up.to make it work
is this a soft start issue? caps inside the amp not charging??

This looks like it's counterfeit if it says Alpine on it.
Pin 4 is being driven high.
Post a good quality photo (in focus, no flare from the flash...) of the area shown below. Have that area fill the entire frame. Straighten C511 and any other components that block the view.

still got the protect prob after replacing tl494. . and irfz30 getting hot at idle
Why did you replace the 494?
It appeared that pin 4 was being driven high by an external source. I was hoping to follow the circuit but there were still too many components leaning over, blocking the view, to follow it.

I'm sorry but I don't understand what you're posting. In 14, you mention that you have a spare IC? Why would you mention that if you weren't going to use it?

You mentioned the diode and resistor in 12. I expected that you'd look to see if pin 4 was being driven by them. Did you?
oh yes . a diode and a resistor on pin4.. .
kinda lost coz . my amp will go out of protect when i let it idle in protect mode for few min. yhen turn it on and back the power on. t will go out of protect and will work fine
