Can you show the complete schematic? The one in post # 1 is cut off at the input side, there seems to be a connection from the feedback divider somewhere off that side.

You often see only parts of a schematic shown. Lots of newbees don't understand that a schematic is a whole construct, where the voltage on the far left can depend on a resistor on the far right.
They show a small part and ask: why is that resistor xyzohms? Thre only right answer often is: it depends. On the rest of the schematic you cut off.

The reason that I opened this thread is not that resistor, it was a general question about the drivers capacitors and if there any benefit in using higher value capacitors.
