(I think??) ‘Roar’ should be pretty simple to illustrate if looking at the actual waveforms shape at resonance and pressure or velocity max.
both sides of the driver are sitting at a high pressure area of the second resonace (3/4 shape) . It’s a half wave (pressure-pressure) section of the ‘tapped pipe’ and a qw (pressure-velocity) section of the second resonator.
paraflex has both sides of the driver in the high pressure end of two parallel resonators.
Both designs seem to have a distinct punch/impact As a result Of motorforce and pressure/cone control. But they also seem to suffer from overdamped fundamentals?

Is this same as pushing down the impedance peaks to nubs using fill in HR?
No, this refers to making it ~ aperiodic.
