Thermal ompensation is an option only for those IRFP's and not necessary for the HITACHI originals, I think.

Of course, but one must be aware of different arrangement of pins (IRFP gds - Laterals gsd).
With few bridges it is possible to use ECW20N20/ECW20P20 for example. Also if interest I can edit PCB .
IRFP's simulates little better, that is why I prefer them .

It's bee a good while since I posted on this thread, I haven't forgotten about it, but life took over and had to put things in the back burner as I have been too busy.
However I am hoping to build a Vero of the my schematic and runs some test hopefully in the near future.
