I tried to mirror the rough grain patterns between the pair, technically one is upside down, but that's better than having the join/seam on the front!
These actually handle rock/metal quite well! Combination of relatively high efficiency drivers, close proximity and acoustic BSC I guess. I'd need them very loud to get any visible excursion, which is a good sign. Trade-off is limited bass extension, but they do surprisignly well really, kick drums have impact, acoustic bass lines are all there (or so it seems, probably filling in the fundamental effect), only some electronic bass notes go missing in an obvious way. Clarity on vocals is good, as is often expected of fullrangers 🙂

Very smart actually. Due to their thin depth, they do look like solid pieces of wood.
