I found the problem!
One ground trace is missing on the pcb, so pin 37 40 4143 46 49 52 were not grounded... Incredible nobody got the problem before 🤔

To the best of my knowledge those gerbers are production ready. If I properly recall (others please correct me if I am wrong ...) was just a description of the circuit and little more.

Thank you very much Carl_Huff. I would like to use the PCB as an output stage for the TDA1541 DAC, with ecc88 tubes, is it enough to use the elements as in the Srpp diagram above? Do you know how to set the switch?
