I can ask jlcpcb to give me a quote by providing the files you shared. Last time I hold soldering iron was ...... very long time. Do they build the whole board for customers?
They can, but they need to have paets from bom. If there isn't any, then you can pick replacement or order parts to arrive there. Since parts aren't standard, you pay additional fee for each part on the board plus several other fees, on top of assembly fee. It's not worth it on small batches.
I re-looked at the Mono buffer. I think all components are solderable (no SMD or components that need special skill). It might be fun to pick up the solder iron. If I want to use 1612, any rough estimate of the cost before I go on to Mouser? I'm trying to stick to the Purifi Eval1 as much as possible.
It should cost less than purchasing eval1 buffer. Give soldering a try on some proto boards first, till you get back the sense of it. Also 1612, you need adapter board as it is smd.
I'm completely new to ordering pcb + components + assembly. jlcpcb sent me an example of BOM. If I fill it in with their part number, they can source the components and assembly. It could be fun that I don't need to solder...
hi koifarm i may in the wrong forum can you please kindly email me i need some inform from you thanks
hi do you still have the power amplifier circuit diagram for the hammond1650w output tranformer i saw it on one of the thread many year ago which you say your side nerthland someone have it thanks
Thanks this is the thread do you still have the circuit diagram can scan and sent me thanks alot
Hypex NCx500.
I was wondering if the "no buffer" board, input stage only, would work with the Hypex NCx500? The NCx500 comes with its own buffer so it only needs input stage.

I want to build one. Do you still have the spare PCB? I could not locate the gerber file (Saw the image and the design PDF)
The gerbers are in post 148.

I have one spare PCB, can send it to you(€6,-). But maybe ordering at JLCPCB will be cheaper.

Thank you! I saw no SMD so "normal" soldering skill would work. I might be able to build this one myself.
Wow - I tried to source the 18 parts on the board. It is no joke. I cannot find a single place has all of them. Is there a recommended way of doing this?
