owh.. I got it! thanks Aucosticraft 🙂
guys good news i am from listening to this amp it is cold . that is the small sink for fet outputs is so cold and the volume is moderate i used bc327 and bc337 instead of bd139 and 140 .
if you try bc3xx with the layout i posted please don't forget to interchange pins legs .
>>>> my powersupply is +/- 33vlts and outputs are irf9540 and irf540n
earlier i tried 2sa1013 and 2sc2229 (which i have in plenty) but the outputs were hot

@ Stewin
i just create pcb with your layout. then i apply +-40v power without mosfets, i got heat on 2N5401 and bd139-140, is it normally?

it is normal but the output fets do not heat . in my experience those drivers they heat a lot too but it works well both in power and clarity . i hope someone comes up with better transistors for those sections😉
Hi
what kind off this cores is suitabale for class d amp?

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
self core
it is yellow and white
is that ok?
not need gap?
how many turn?
yesNone😀 if the yelow ones have a white line on them, but you can modify the etd cores.

Then none of them is good, cut the etd core on the center leg to create 2 mm gap.
For 2 ohm stability you need lower inductance, higher capacitance and better output transistors.

class d in 2 ohm
please say to me what kind of core and capasitor and wire and how meny turn and what kind of teransistor i need.
is T106-2 suitable for 2 ohm?

use class d in 2 ohm
hi
i want use this amp for 100w in 2ohm load.
thanks
I tested t106-2 up to 20A rms and 30v rms.
Please post exact used schematics.

use 15uH and 2uf at 300khz
hi
if you see the shematic please tell me how much turn of AWG18 can creat 15uH with t106-2 core?
how can i creat this amp in 300khz?
If i use this amp with 15uh and 2uf cap it will change to 300khz?
thanks
No, the frequency has to be changed manualy modifiing feedback.
Use 30 turns 1.0 mm wire.
thanks
please tell me how can i change freguency manualy?
