For those of you thinking this would be appropriate for the new Vfet, I will just say that it would 1) be absolutely ludicrous amounts of overkill for it, although Nelson has said there's no such thing as heatsinks too big... , and 2) Vfet is probably going to only be sold with it's own chassis (but that's not set in stone yet.)

Reading between the lines, save this one for a big big project, like a F5T, 6-deep Burning Amp, or the new Stasis that would be absolutely perfect for this chassis.

zman01, thanks for the link - yes the good old days. We don't mind where the members are based that sign up for this GB, especially if Gianluca can improve the price with "Mates Rates" - a well known phenomenon here in Oz. That might hopefully encourage more sign ups. Now ZM you can always do with a spare chassis or 2.😉

Of course I would love to get a chassis. 🙂

However I am refraining as the customs duties can be very unpredictable in my country.... from prior experience, it is likely I might have to pay duties amounting to 1x - 2x of the cost of goods + shipping. Now that would be cruel... 🙁

So I am cheering from the sidelines. I have a mate in the US who's thinking of joining the GB, though he's mostly doing Class AB amps nowadays.
