hello everyone
i am building the below amp based on this thread , but i will put two daughter boards, one for the protection board and the other for the amp ucd drive.
i will change the protection to manoj aud600 protection cause it was the only effecient and effective i have ever came across so far.
The other daughter board for ucd protection will be able to change from discreet to ic version or even sigma delta mode 😀😀 , by just changing the board.
opinions and ideas are highly welcomed and appreciated.

Hi Stewin,
Is the amp now robust, free from suddenly dead?
hi kartino, thanks for the reply , i have watched many of your videos and they have motivated me to re visit this amp. i will make it to use two daughter boards , i will change them just by socketing them. both daughter boards will be ucd . one will be with ic (lm311 , ir2110 ) other driver will be discreet with opamp.
ucd 25 watts to 1200 watts using 2 mosfets
yes sir , i found it stable with ucd ir2110 than sigma with cd4049

any driver that can stabilize with ir2110 usually logic gate or nand would be nice to be use, cd 4049 is good but little bit hot with high speed, but ive found that 7hc00n super cool with high fsw speed, supply only just 5vdc, you can refer to Apex design class D, follow hes schema for driver 7hc00n, for the input you can choose any, such as single op amp, lm311, tl494 or else, i have tl494 + 74hc00n + ir2110 very stable😀😀😀, its super clean and smooth and easy self osc class D, running test fsw 265khz with irfb4227. i have video i will upload on youtube later.

hi norazmi , very good build , i see you have put buffers after ir2110😉 . nice highs , please provide the schematic you used ,
also what voltage did you use and did you try to remove the speaker while the amp is playing?🙄
Stewin to give you evidence that my amp is immune with speaker or without speaker its safe to change speaker while its playing, the oscillating never failed, ill put video to demonstrate you while playing audio i will pull the speaker terminal off for few secs maybe 10-20 secs then put it back 😀
Stewin for op amp as comparator class D or discrete i suggest the solution to make it always oscillating by putting power resistor 50 ohm 50 watt, so that amp will never failed because its always having load at output.
Hi Guys , advance the project, oscillation frequency 450 khz, power supply from 40 to 140 vdc unipolar sound is really incredible, full bridge, great power differential input ...... frequency response 2 hz to 40 khz @ 4 ohms, over current, high temperature and dc Protection greetings from MEXICO
