Yellow/white cores are for dc,are not good for class D. I do not remember your pcb and why i said it is bad,but thd measurments are a must especialy if you do not have a sensitive ear,with music i can not hear alot of distorsions.

Are you sure the board works well? I see a huge ground loop .....
well i will post pcb after i make it and test it

hi manojtm
greetings how does your yellow core not heat just finished my dclass 3 pairs
90n20 have to use 2 cores together sendust coolmu cores yellow cores dont work
hi andrew
i cannot explain in this thread. practically i made like 1.core temp reduced 2.Efficiency increased 3.DC offset locked to below 25mV 4.reduced EMI 5.MOSFET temp. reduced without heatsink it will work perfectly.now i feel 42V supply 3x MOSFET it produced more than 150W louder and it can handle 14A with cool, I tested 1.6E load mosfet temp only 48deg.c for 15min.

hi sny
greetings well this triell pcb has not been tested but it sells for 400$
well single sided pcb if well designed is not a problem for dclass amps my IR211O
WITH 3 PAIRS mosfets and zetex gate driver transistors i have no noise issues the ucd
amp has noise issues when placed in a cabinet ucd1200
warm regards

Hi all
I said my amp produced more than(150w)196W on 42V supply (84/3)^2/4ohm =196W
Half side current draw is 4.6A,{196x3=588W so current 14A}

Ok..tell me if you need help in doing them so i can guide you😉.cpx
i will check THD but it will take time

I think what you have there are yellow cores without white,probably material 6 😀.

Hi CPX
Yes, I need your help.1. software 2. Attenuation(divider Network)3.connection
RGDS
MANOJ
Set your amplifier gain to 20x and use this diver network:
Start with less than quarter volume and use 4 ohm load.Then go to 1 ohm load.
After that repeat the steps above with less than half volume divider.
That should give you a general ideea of distorsions.
For each of the four cases above run all tests given by the software,before starting any test use calibration feature to have optimum volume.
Software(it is free):
Download. Audio Rightmark
An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

hi my fren nirazmi,
hers is a nice bridge design
hi guys, who can give an electrical circuit and lay for this amp.
I want to build 1800 watt amplifier at 4 ohms.
Thanks in advance!
Hi guys, who can give an electrical circuit and the lay on the power of the post: # 1696 and link: http://www.diyaudio.com/forums/class-d/166214-ucd-25-watts-1200-watts-using-2-mosfets-167.html. I want to build an amplifier 1800 watt into 4 ohms.
