Two bridges and 3 wires transformer

Hi, I want to use a schematic like this TNT-Audio but i have a 3 wires transformer 25-0-25. Is it possible?
I can't modify schematic because pcb is just made.

No, you need two isolated secondaries for that.
Use this circuit instead (different voltages, of course).

You may have to rework your existing board somewhat. If it hasn't been made yet, I would redesign it.
