Yes I should be able to run it somehow, perhaps via Terminal. I think that there is a package pre-installed. Unfortunately I have very limited knowledge of using command-line via Terminal except for some basic commands. I used to know more, but that was a long time ago.
I've played around with Python 3.7.4 /IDLE and managed some things, but I have very little knowledge about this. Changed home dir, and inserted the name of test file to run. Appears to need/import some other modules?

yes you will need scipy and numpy libraries, which should be a simple download.
