Turbosound driver question

They didn't have any specs on it.

Decided to bring home the six Turbosound TS-2FR80A6 drivers also used int hat speaker.

Here's the specs of all the drivers.

Woofer.

I used this calculator https://www.bcae1.com/spboxnew2.htm and it said both the woofer and 2" drivers were better suited for ported enclosures.

Would open baffle be out of the question for these drivers?

Bummer! They use to measure folk's driver purchases for free and a few $$ for your own. Oh well, times change and prosound drivers are normally only used in recommended cab designs nowadays.

Thanks! Can't have too many measured specs!

With specs basically for a max flat vented alignment it all depends on how high above an Fs roll-off you're willing to tolerate.

More than likely if I do use the drivers I'll use the 8" woofers as midbass drivers in a three way setup and not even use the small drivers.

Listening to the small drivers I suspect they applied some DSP to them as at a certain upper midrange frequency they don't sound all that good. So I doubt I'd use them unless I were to use 6 tweeters in a line array crossed over about 2.5kHz.
