You can make the similar transformer from China.
The R- core is much bigger than the Japanese core. When I first imported from Elekit in early 2005/2006, there was no 120V /230V R-core from Elekit.
I made few r-core from China for testing but I stopped to order once I have 120/230V R-core from Elekit. Custom made R-core is pricy. If you are located in USA, you need to take care the extra tariff. I suggest you to look at TU-8400.
