Triode connected pentode close to ECC88?

I made a comparison between 6J38P and several ECC88-types.
I also included 6N1P-EV, 6N5P, 6N6P-I and 6N6P though these are known to have different specifications.
Attached are the test circuits I used. Supply voltage was fixed 250 V and AC-input voltage 500 mV (rms).
Test results are in the attached pdf-file.

Thanks for all the input guys...

I really thought there would be much more ideas, but the 6J38P is a start...

In fact, I've asked because I want to build several circuits that uses ECC88s, specially in SRPP, but I don't have many of these types.

On the other hand, I have thousands of unused single pentodes in my collection, and I was hoping some of those might fit.

But triode connected pentodes are still a very obscure subject, anyway...

If anyone has any more ideas of useable pentodes in place of ECC88 triodes, please, let us know!

Ef183 is a remote cut off pentode, maybe not great for Audio……

Remote cut off pentodes are great for audio if to use them at relatively high current, they are even more linear than similar sharp cut-off pentodes at the same current. Atteched: 6BA6 and 6AU6 (6К4П, 6Ж4П)

Mr. Rafafredd, why not publish a list of tubes you have (you apparently don't want to buy anything new) and let the forum members offer suggestions about possible candidates? That seems to me a shortest route.
I have soooooooo many tubes, man!

I might just post a list, thanks for the idea.

I ended up buying some 6J38P to try, because they are so cheap!

It will be nice if one of those wired as a triode works as half of an ECC88.
