Before the Tri-Path website went down, I was looking into possibly building a class-D amp. I saw somewhere a single IC, that did all the work (feedback, PWM, etc) and you just needed small components (resistors, caps, inductors, etc) to add to it and then have this IC run into some FETs and you were basically done (well you know what I mean). The board really only had a handfull of parts on it, and seemed quite simple to make. Where can I find this again? I would like to start off small (10-50watts) and soon make a 500watt+ sub woofer amp. Thanks

I was looking more on the lines of a good working schematic, and then making my on PCB, ordering all the components myself and building. But... I guess those wouldnt be so bad as rear surround channel amps 😀

In the 41hz shop you can buy the chips only. There are many avalaible, for a while....
