transistor amp not working after shorting output

as far as voltages go, i think that something is not letting voltages to places the should be ? for me it looks like that 😀 i cant really explain how but something is not working or partially working in this circuit. maybe i should wait till i replace all caps and transistors and then to measure voltages ? what you suggest guys ? 😀

Now we have such a condition that the transistor Q2 BD139 is open more than necessary to establish half the power at the output. In order for it to close, you must either increase resistor R11 or decrease resistor R5.
But for everything to work correctly, you need to be sure that all other parts are suitable. 🙂

thats correct, those are not working 100% i am sure of it but even without 2n3055 voltages are still similar, btw i will not do anything before i change all caps and other things so we can be sure that all those old parts are removed and cant cause issues.
