20-0-20 is fine for amps. thats about +-25V after rectification and the caps right? thats PLENTY to run an amp...

now......you can't say "I've never seen a 1000 A rectifier..

Quite safe.

I use shrouded crimp terminals for all mains wireing. It is much safer because you can't actualy touch any bare mains. Also, it looks much nicer. 🙂
