Transformer wiring

This is the schematic for the power supply to this particular amp (KSA5 Klone), but it might not be the exact same one as mine. However, the inputs are just like mine where they go to separate rectifiers.

You cannot use that transformer for this circuit.
It needs two separate windings, not one with center tap.

The wire colors on this transformer are what had me so confused. Not your typical Avel. I know this isn't the right place to ask this but I will anyway. I'm going to put a pot on the amp and was wondering what your thoughts are on the 10k vs 50k values. It will be a stepped pot with Dale resistors. The 50k works great on my lm3886 build, but I'm not sure if it will be too noisy for this amp.

It does have two separate windings Ketje. Everything works fine - just had a little confusion with the colours along the way!

Afraid I have no thoughts on 10k versus 50k!
