Most of them haven't the idea that a minimum of tests are helpful.
In many years I have seen ( and tested) a lot of homemade transformer in every body and aspect.
Honestly I remember just few.
And this not because the people didn't put the enthusiasm but just only because they didn't test them properly to check where are the limit.
In attach the machine of FIAt tha comes from Da Vinci brand ( now dismissed)
It is beautiful and, due the fact that I am not smart to use it, Massimo ( help me) is the master.
One of the best mavìchine available; not last geneartion but efficent

In many years a lot of technical articles were written. on Audioreview ( I repeat, unfortunately only in Italian)
Around 30 articles wrote by me on tubes with a good numbers of project all tested and verified on lab.
Music and Magazines are good things.
You either support the musicians, music companies, authors, and publishers; or you do not.
When the copyrights are still in force, obey the copyrights.
Or go to the trouble to get permission to copy.

The post nr. 130 gives you an idea of the quality of certain people.
I have all the articles ( mine and others) but I haven't the authority to give some of them to others this because are published on a magazine.
I can share some photos but that's all.
Then the funny thing is the approach, ridiculus.

I don't know about that. The market dictates the value and price. We have in my country a "simular" magazine and in France there is "Maison de L' audiophile". Both are free now. I can also read many articles from "Sound Practice" and "Glass Audio"
Because it's in Italian i think the value. of older articles, is about zero.
He, it's not a book, movie or music, that has much more influence on people, this is a niche market
