I tried to login into forum but it says verified company email is a must.
I will send them an email about this issue.
Also i have attached the screenshot for you to confirm my claims. I felt like you were mocking. Sorry if i am wrong.

I'm not mocking you, rather I consider it rather poor business practice to take your money (kerching! thanks a lot!) and then leave you without support.

At the very least they should issue you a clear warning when you make a purchase without a 'valid company email' that you'll be denied direct support on their forum.

Yes, PCB can be a potential problem, it happen to me too (but my fault; long timea ago); my case was not damaging to anything because I spotted the faults in time. The etching leave some residue and in between very close traces were either small shorts (almost invisible with naked eyes) or resistance (worse, because can cause impossible/unpredictable problems...). Solved and never used too old FeCl3 again...
