Rounding ports will raise tuning freq (less bass) - the point is to provide a constriction and losses. You can round ports but port height will have to be reduced (or lengthened) to provide equivalent tuning frequency. Stuffing in TABAQ is top 2/3rds not 1/3rd.
Good luck!

So I have to live with 90 deg edges
When the box is stuffed top 2/3 dose that mean right behind the driver? What's the best material?

You can round a bit so it doesn't cut you, but don't run a 0.5 in radius router over it. Use polyfill pillow stuffing, right behind driver is ok. Don't let it actually touch cone movement though. Some people use fiberglass insulation. Some use rock wool. I like to recycle old pillows that we throw out after years of use.
Might be mis-understanding you here, but do you have treated drivers like this in stock?
The 1st has a neo magnet, the 2nd ceramic.

Here is a design for an in-wall MLTL with this driver.

TABAQ...hummm is there a link GL?
I've got my w5 TBs and my front and sides cut didn't have enough off cut for the top and bottoms will need another trip to the hardware store
My local only had 16 mm MDF so I made the necessary adjustments to keep the same internal dimensions
Question will it effect the boxes tuning if I rounded the port opening and front edges asthteticly I think it would be better
What about stuffing it mentioned it need some in the top third what would be best to use
TABAQ for the 5 inch Tang Band is enclosed.

Hi all!
I need design for TL-box for full range speaker CIARE HX 160.
CIARE HX 160
fs = 70,2 Hz
Re = 5,36 Ohm
Qms = 5,14
Qes = 0,45
Vas = 16 dm3
BL = 6,56 N/A
Sd = 136,6625 cm2.
Xmax = 1,75 mm
SPL = 95 dB

Bjohannesen, could you go into a bit more detail on the "folded opening at bottom" plz?
All I see is a tall box with a slot port.
Thanks

I think there is a variant of the TABAQ where it is folded in two (so height is half), keeping the CSA the same. The vent is still a slot vent but is aimed either in the front, or up at top towards the back, depending on whether the fold is at the top or bottom. The vent on top probably gives more bass due to wall loading if placed against a wall.

Please take a look at how TABAQ is build:
