Keep us informed
Showed out of stock on the 3255 yesterday, but accepted my order with no shipping charge. Fingers crossed.
Ordered in September and reserve charges went off my card. Those charges were reversed yesterday.
I did manage to order a TPA3255EVM on TI website on 04/10 but it's marked as pending and "Sent to Fulfillment" since the past two weeks :/
Yeah, I think all of us recent purchases are essentially a group buy that is now in flight to fulfillment. At the price and breadth of other things to work on, I don't really mind.
Kaffiman, we're all going to have different costs based on our locality. The lrs350 makes the most sense for me in the US, but am not surprised it's not in Norway. On the upside, you will still have a very nice amplifier package. 🙂

When checking my order it shows it as full price, but I was emailed an invoice at purchase with the 50% credit. Does anybody else see the same thing?
Yes. My order was placed with the 50% discount, but when checking the order on the website it only shows the full price without any sort of discount. Doesn't really bother me unless I find later that they charge me the whole thing on my credit card...

Maybe. But they apparently had to cut the price of the initial batch in half just to get rid of them, so why would they bother with another run? I can't imagine they're making any significant profit on them, or that they think most/any of them are being bought for serious "evaluation" purposes.
We'll see. I'm also wondering what sort of charges will be on my CC when/if the order is actually processed.
DPH:
I find it somewhat ironic that the cheapest SE-600-48 including shipping I found was from the US. Made in China, shipped to the US, then shipped here. Brand new.

What? Stronger than Murphy's Law? Though that law is inherently ironic, and it contains some sarcasm too.
TI just sent me a order confirmation to alert me that I will be getting a shipping confirmation soon. I ordered on Sept. 26th.
^ let us know if you somehow get charged the full amount, or if they honor the 50%. Some of us have mixed reports as to whether we're still in the "deal".

And to be thorough myself: I just got emailed my "order has been shipped" with a bill of $81.49 including shipping. I'll let you all know if there's any issues on my credit card.
Well, mine is supposed to arrive two days from now. Really wasn't expecting these orders to be fulfilled. Guess I'll need to figure out something to do with this thing.
both my half price one and a full price one a friend ordered have been shipped apparently.
Now I'll have to read some of the recent posts to figure out how to use it!

After emailing TI and receiving a 12-29-17 ship date, I put this on the "next year" list. Well Christmas comes early this year.
I got the same thing. FedEx says Friday.
I have found the big A$$ MRI power supply, but I left it in storage because I wouldn't need it until next year. It's big, probably because it's several years old, but still good for 48 volts at 600 watts. In the MRI machine they had a huge capacitor across it to supply the current needed for 1KW+ pulses of RF. I either don't have that cap, or I don't know where it is, if I have it.
I'm guessing there is an adjustment inside that will let me squeeze a few more volts out of it. The 24 volt surplus MeanWell units that I have can be turned up to 27 volts, and some will make 28.
