Another man who is likely going to die..or completely disappear:

Napoleon, Ohio’s Doug Pelmear claims that he has created a V8-powered 1987 Ford Mustang that develops 400 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque on E85, can accelerate from 0-60 in about three seconds – on its way to a top speed of 180 mph – and still returns an astonishing 110 mpg.

Like I said..as many as one a day appears now, and as low as a few per week.

It's getting more and more impossible to put a cap on it.

I sent that guy $700 for the gadget, only my secretary accidently made the cashier's check for $7000. He is supposed to send me the device as well as $6300 in change via a Western Union cash transfer. I suspect the device is a rip-off, however.

I guess you can kiss that $700 goodbye.

The head of the EPA was the 'alligator shirt' dirtbag who was rewarded that position by Bush for breaking up the 2000 election recount in Florida. Zero qualifications for the job -other than that. Or was that the guy who runs the FDA? No matter. The same kind of filth has been put in that office as well...and it has trickled down and infected the integrity of that branch, just as it has the FDA. Yes, I know this from folks -directly- who work as mid level heads, in one of those branches. Which (branch), I'll have to leave alone, as those folks don't want to be singled out. The best have been forced out, long ago, as in 5 years ago or so, maybe more.

So no, I don't put much truck in the EPA. Do I think they are full of it, in the specific case and sense? No. But I wouldn't trust them with a dead rat. Their motives are incredibly suspect, at best.

KBK, a little source checking (from the abstact of the Japanese paper).

< We have observed as much as 80 times more hydrogen generated by plasma electrolysis than by conventional electrolysis at 300 V.

These guys are trying to make hydrogen, trendy these days.

JL Naudin (a usual suspect) cuts a graph out of their paper and claims it shows power generation (80x = 8000%). And proceeds to set up another of his goofy (life threatening) experiments. This is how these people operate.

What's the matter miss me?

Don't put yourself in with Naudin unless you check out some of his stuff. He claims he made a vacuum chamber with six 3'x3' pieces of plexiglass and aquarium cement. He has disclaimers but some of his "experiments" really are life threatening and you can ride an 18 wheeler through the holes in his logic.

I consider myself very open minded. I work every day on applications with CAT scanners, PET scanners, oil finding. All with incredible 2 and 3 dimentional imaging. And you know what I have never come across once is a competivive advantage via a "tweek" and they all use lots of ferrite isolators, RN55 resistors, and IC's (thank God😉).

For folks to keep harping on some "unmeasurable by any known technology" aspect of two time varying voltages has gotten tiresome.

So I will no longer participate in these types of discussions. If you and Mr. Bybee or Charles Hansen want to invite me to your site for a demo, fine. I've asked others :whazzat:
