As an experienced hobbyist CNC'er it would not be difficult to machine the waveguide directly into the plywood. Would look interesting with the plies exposed.
Great idea. You would need some sort of plates to clamp the driver in place from the back as the waveguide allows little M3 screws to be used.

A couple of the Mills MRA resistors are now out of stock and back ordered until October. I will have to substitute with Dayton DPR10 series (10W non-inductive 1% tolerance).

You don’t need much but this will be handy for other speaker projects. Just a couple square feet should do it.

I bought mine on A... just type Noico alubutyl. One box was enough for two FAST TLs and there's still some left over, so it's definitely enough for this speaker.
If anyone has extra they want to sell or go partners on a purchase Iwill need som as well. The Amazon source listed is currently out.
