Running behind on parts. Just ordered $937 CAD worth of Coilcraft parts for the PBTL and Pro cards. Got 8 extra 10uH inductors and 8 extra 15uH inductors for building extra cards.

Tell me about it. 45 stereo cards, 18 PBTL cards and 23 Pro's. Total of 86 cards. Plus more to handle failures. I've got stencils for all of the cards so I can toaster oven reflow the works of them, which will save a good bit of time.

I have yet to pay you for 2 Pro' pcb's and uC's. Will also need the coils. I can order parts from Mouser if you supply the BOM or share me in on the Mouser project BOM like we did last time with Weiner.
Interested in performance vs Weiner and other references, listening tests and measurements.

I've built a $20 CAD (stereo/PBTL) and $30 CAD (Pro) assembly charge into the price of the fully assembled boards.
When all is said and done, adding up my hours, I'll probably have made less than minimum wage, however 🙂
Yeah heck of an effort and sacrifice!! commendable. Got to try to get more to learn to solder these things up.

I've been doing SMT prep in my basement lab to assemble my and Loafimus' boards. Solder paste sorted (Kester NXG1) and reflow oven built (ControLeo2 based kit from Whizoo.com), image attached.
Once you have the design vetted, could you send out the paste layer Gerber so I can get the OSH Stencil order in?

Mouser order is done, finally. About 20 cards worth (80 inductors worth) of 15uH ICE inductors are back ordered until early August.
Next up, Digikey (thermal pad and a terminal block) and Fastenal (mounting hardware) orders.

Wiener Pro BOM is attached in PDF format. I've e-mailed out the Mouser BOM to facilitate parts ordering, but it doesn't have the ref designators.
One thing I must warn: I haven't actually built one of these cards yet 🙂 Got my fingers crossed that the design works.

Question: the pdf has a small discrepancy for R44-R46, R50, R51, R55. Should they be 200ohm or 150ohm?

Thanks! Looks like OSH Stencil wants distinct outline and paste layers. Could you post those two layers separated?
